Kada buvo įkurtas Mokymo ir testavimo centras ir koks šio centro tikslas, kokios mokymo programos?
Mokymo ir testavimo centras buvo įkurtas 2017 gruodžio 20 d. vadovaujant pirmajam centro vadovui Evaldui Pagojui,. 2018 m. persikėlė į naujas, didesnes patalpas Šilutės pl. 101A Klaipėdoje. O nuo 2019 m. balandžio perėmiau vadovavimo vėliavą aš.
Visas dabartinis esamas kolektyvas koncentravomės į centro raidą bei plėtrą. Iki šiolei esame šiose patalpose jas smarkiai patobulinę ir pritaikę naujų žinių įgijimui bei įgūdžių tobulinimui.
Šio Mokymo ir testavimo centro tikslas yra realios darbo vietos simuliacijos būdu paruošti mūsų darbuotojus, kurie praėję mokymų ir tobulinimo programą išvyksta į objektus EU šalyse dirbti bei užsidirbti.
Mokymai vyksta pagal programas, kurios yra sudarytos pagal mūsų įmonės veiklos sritį ir patirtį objektuose:
Kabelių montavimo (kabelistų) – nuo 1 sav. iki 4 savaičių,
Įgūdžių tobulinimas:
elektrikų (instaliuotojų) – 1-2 savaitės;
elektrikų-automatikų (jungėjų) – 1-2 savaitės,
Testavimas: Instaliuotojai, Jungėjai, Kabelinių trąsų montuotojai – 2-3 valandas.

When was the Training and Testing Centre established and what is the purpose of this centre, what are the training programs?
The Training and Testing centre was established on December 20, 2017 under the leadership of the first head of the centre, Evaldas Pagoja. In 2018, it moved to new, larger premises on Silutes highway., 101A in Klaipeda. And from April 2019, I took over the leadership flag myself. With the current existing team, we focused on the development and expansion of the centre. So far, we have been in these premises, greatly improved and adapted to the acquisition of new knowledge and skills.
The aim of this Training and Testing centre is to prepare our employees by simulating a real workplace, who go to sites in EU countries to work and earn money after completing the training and development program.
The training takes place according to the programs, which are formed according to the field of activity of our company and experience in the sites:
Cable installation (cabling) – from 1 to 4 weeks,
Skills development:
electricians (installers) – 1-2 weeks,
electricians-automatics (connectors) – 1-2 weeks,
Testing: Installers, Connectors, Cable installers – 2-3 hours.
How do students get into the Training and Testing centre, who selects them?
All candidates or newly hired individuals initially pass our Personnel Selection Filter and only then enter the Training and Testing centre.
Are people without any experience also trained?
Yes, completely inexperienced are admitted only to cable training, and everyone else must have a profession and partial experience.
Are only Lithuanian employees trained at the Training and Testing centre, or from other countries too?
“RNDV Group” employs people of different nationalities, we once calculated that we have employees from nearly 14 countries. Therefore, training and improvement groups are selected from both Lithuanians and persons of other nationalities.
What qualities does a potential employee need to stand out to have excellent training?
Curiosity, the ability to hear, the desire to improve, the ability to concentrate and be a member of a team.
How often are new groups of students are formed?
New groups are formed every week.
Who are the lecturers of the Training and Testing centre?
Lecturers or, in other words, instructors are experienced experts in their field, long-term employees of “RNDV Group”. The experience of instructors in the sites allows new employees to convey the specifics of the object and prepare them for work.
Domantas, what is your experience and what is your approach to learning?
My life experience extends to both scientific activities and practical knowledge and skills in shipbuilding, repair, and other fields. “Learning is an integral part of the way of life called – experience“, at the TTC premises we create this opportunity and share it with new and existing employees.
What would you pass on to our potential employee and the Training and Testing centre student?
Each of us is a unique personality, so here at TTC we look at you as different personalities with different abilities, so we give advice and comments individually to each one according to his abilities and growth. Here at TTC premises, your abilities will definitely be noticed.
